This workshop series combines guided visual art making with simple mindful YOGA practices. Explore PAINTING & DRAWING - portraits, botanicals & abstracts in a relaxed studio space. Each Sunday afternoon includes: pranayama breathing & grounding meditation techniques to balance the nervous system. When our nervous system is out of survival mode, we are less in the mind & more in the body - feeling safer to explore different ways of expression.
